"From the moment I contacted Johns Plumbing I knew I was in the right place. The Contractor Adam is amazing, his explanation of the job and his willingness to work with me made me feel at ease. The ladies at the office Rose and Erika were right, he made me feel so good; even after the estimate. And when we finally got to the part of doing the work; Darren the pluming specialist was amazing!! Fast, polite, clean and neat! I Darren explained each step as he progressed and kept me informed throughout. Amazing,.. this company is # ONE !! Thank you .. John’s Plumbing !! D . Sierra"

"Although we experienced some miscommunication about how soon the plumbing serviceman would arrive, once he arrived the service was excellent and superior to previous more local plumbers."

"Alex was wonderful, very professional, clean and efficient. I would recommend his service thru Grand Rooter"

"OUTSTANDING! I flip houses. Had another guy install bathroom tile but had to let him go due to poor quality. Found Serrano on H.A. and I am glad I hired them. First, they are truly good people, and trustworthy. They took off all of the bathroom tile with breakage to only 3 tiles! Thats like a WOW. They reinstalled the wall tile and the accent tile and the difference was like day and night. I am telling you LOOK NO FURTHER. They also installed luxury vinyl plank through out the whole house and that was a excellent job as well. In addition, for such high-end work, their prices are very fair. I will definitely hire them for my next flip. I wish there was a link for pictures."

I called at 11 AM, the plumber did not show up until 4:30 PM. He was supposed to call when he was on his way, but did not. The people I spoke with at the office (Nicholas) were very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. Hwere very friendly, but the plumber was not. Overall he completed the job, although it was a very basic and simple problem to fix. Also, he took 3 different calls while he was at my house, which was included in the time I was billed for.

UPDATE: I had a new, unrelated problem about a month after this one. I called them on a Saturday morning and left a message; their greeting indicated that they would be getting back with me as soon as possible. I did not receive that return call until the following Monday!

"We hired them for plumbing for our kitchen addition. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and finished a day early. Work passed inspection with no issues and they left the area clean. Great communication throughout. Would definitely use again."

"Terrano Plumbing & Remodel receive a Grade A —Outstanding! My husband and I are thrilled with our new bathroom! Every step along the way – from the design to the finished product – was extremely well done and professional. We recently hired Terrano Plumbing & Remodel (TPR) to do a master bathroom remodel where our original bathroom was totally gutted. This is the very first remodel/renovation that my husband and I have ever done. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the professionalism of the employees and subcontractors, and the attentiveness of the owner of the company/project manager, Ross Terrano, and the office personnel. The communication with us during the process, both phone and email, was exceptional. Ross and his team deserve many thanks for making this a smooth process, even as a few unexpected glitches occurred. The responsiveness of this company was outstanding! We always received daily communications from Ross and his office personnel and prompt responses to questions, etc. From the very beginning— before the contract was signed— Ross was consistently solution oriented and had many great ideas. Ross’ solution oriented approach was greatly appreciated when my husband and I hadn’t thought of something or when we encountered some slight bumps in the road. The communication regarding scheduling was timely, and the crews were always punctual, were prepared, respectful of our home in terms of daily clean up, and went above and beyond to make our design a reality. The work was performed with expertise; the workmanship is first rate. The bathroom is beautiful! We highly recommend Terrano Plumbing & Remodel! We would definitely work with them again."

"Our old washing machine finally died, so in preparation for the installation of the new one, we turned off the laundry hook-ups, and (wouldn't you know it?) the cold water hook-up started to leak. Immediately, I looked to Angie's List. Florida Plumbing Solutions (John Mendez) was at the top of my list to call, because of the wonderful reviews. First thing Monday morning, I called, and John answered. I described the problem, and he said he could make it by within the hour. He arrived, assessed the situation, and quickly got to work. Only the cold water faucet was leaking, but he said (logically) that it made sense to replace them both. The entire job was done within 30 minutes. And the new hookups are much more efficient and effective than the old ones. He was professional, knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and very nice. Best of all, I now know an excellent plumber when we experience future issues."
