"I requested estimates from several businesses listed on Angie's List for the cost to assemble an entertainment unit.  The unit was extremely heavy (approximately 200 pounds) and I knew there was no way I could do it by myself, especially given that there were doors with glass that needed to be installed.  AnyAssembly was one of two businesses that responded to my inquiry.  My mother agreed to be at my home to ensure the AnyAssembly rep had access to my apartment as he would be coming during the work week.  There was a mix-up regarding access to my home and my contact information (I live in a secure facility and I thought more information was listed on the entry system) and when I called to confirm if the AnyAssembly rep had arrived, my mother said no.  I called the company and we were able to determine that after not being able to access my home, the rep had remained in the area so that he would still be able come and complete the job.  I was so relieved because I was afraid I would have to reschedule.  According to my mother, the AnyAssembly rep was very nice and very professional.  He immediately got to work and completed assembly in approximately 4 hours.  I especially appreciated the fact that he also cleaned up all of the shipping materials in which the unit came, including cardboard and packaging, and took it all to the trash.  I will definitely use this company again if I purchase anything requiring assembly or mounting such as a TV. <br />"
