His painter was very meticulous and left no unwanted marks, mess, or stray paint. They both cleaned up the various work areas afterward. Throughout the work there was no ambiguity about what the work entailed, which can otherwise be a concern when the contractor doesn't take the time to understand the needs. Where the scope changed, Besim was reasonable in deciding whether to charge additional or to just include.
