"Matt and the Risk Tree Service workers have trimmed trees and removed dead or dying trees at our house many times in the past. They are the only tree service I use and recommend. Matt and crew were removing a large tree on our neighbor's property so I asked Matt if he might possibly be able to trim my trees after he finished next door and lucky for me, he said yes. I feel very comfortable using Risk Tree Service because they really do want the customer to be satisfied. The crew leader had me inspect the finished job and pointed to a branch that he thought should be trimmed, and he was right--it would look better trimmed down so they trimmed it. No added cost. The crew also cleaned up every branch and every leaf that landed on the driveway! They are very professional and have pride in their work."

"Jeremy provided me with a detailed quote and stuck to it. He actually refused my offer to pay him more because I was unsure of where I wanted the trees planted (picture his crew moving trees around for an hour until I was happy with where they'd go in the yard). Ours was a big---no huge---job as evidenced by the fact that the mulch filled a dump truck!!! Jeremy arrived when he said he'd arrive, the mulch arrived when he said it would arrive, and Jeremy made sure to have the mulched dropped onto a huge tarp--therefore, there was no killed grass or mulch pieces left on the lawn. Ours was a hugely labor-intensive job as well, and Jeremy worked along-side his crew in getting everything done. I was in awe of them as they worked, and worked, and worked on our beds and lawn. Because it had rained a lot, Jeremy said he'd prefer to use wheelbarrows (instead of a bobcat) to move things to the backyard. We are on an acre of land, so the distance from front to back is the same as the length of a football field. So just imagine each trip with a filled wheelbarrow! Jeremy is also very precise and particular about his work-- the plants were spaced exactly, the sugar cane bowl was leveled exactly, the mulch was placed evenly and with care, etc.  Jeremy made sure that I was totally happy, and let me say that I am just ecstatic. <br />"

"They inspected and found no additonal termites.  <strong>Fisher Ext</strong>. had already come out and treated the live termites.  <strong>Signature</strong> simply explained trenching and treating from scratch. The cost is above $600.  Since they found no additonal termites I opted to not contract with <strong>Signature  </strong>.As to <strong>Fisher</strong>, when I constructed house, property was treated and full covergage, which includes repair to any termite damage, was purchased.  When I discoved termites, called Fisher who responded right away and treated.  Checked out property and said there was no evidence of additonal termites.  They would send someout to get estimate of repairing damage.  In meantime, i found additonal termites. They came out and treated again.  Third time I found termited and they came out and did major treatment.  All this since beginning of November 2011.  I have called in excess of 8-9 times to see when the damage would be repaired.  Get lip service, however, no action.  I'm upset that they assured me they had gotten all the termites only to find out they had not and really upset that the repairs are yet to be done."
