The deal was for $899 but he charged me $2500 and then lowered it to $1600 if I paid cash. The backyard is worse looking now than before. He did not give a receipt even though I requested it several times. I told him that what he did is not what I wanted and he proceeded to tell me that the branch will be covered with the snow. I should not have paid but I am a single woman and did not want to physically argue but I will report this to the attorney general. To date I have not received my receipt. I reached out to Angie's list but I don't qualify to speak to anyone because I don't pay/subscribe to where i can speak to anyone for help."
