He gave us an estimate on the painting project and a driveway sealant project. The estimate was an extremely good deal for the work. "I was very pleased with the quality of the materials and the work. The only problem I have is they did not add any extra ventilation over the lower roof (garage). I has specifically asked the project manager to ensure they added ample ventilation and she ensured me they would. At the end of the installation I noticed they didn't add any vents. When I raised the question why it was not added, they replied with "there is sufficient ventilation for that size of roof...this has the power vent installed". When I look around the houses in my neighborhood...they all had an extra vent to allow the heat to escape near the top of the roof."
