They do an excellent job with cutting the lawn but they want to do everything their way. The billing is problematic. They send it to a very busy inbox that sees a lot of junk mail. It is difficult to sort out. I would prefer being notified by text message. After they did their fall clean-up, my koi pond was full of leaves that I had to dredge out. I am just going to trade in my old lawn tractor in the spring rather than having to deal with lawn services."
