"To start, he missed our initial meeting time and had to push off until about 3 hours later. When he got to my house he put a snake down two of the drains in which i had told him they were the source to the problem. neither of these did anything. he didn't even attempt to snake out the outside drain which is where all of the current water build up is. basically was no help at all."
