"We hired SavATree several years ago to assess our dying maple trees. They recommended a treatment plan and literally saved our trees from being cut down. The trees are treated quarterly and are thriving. We recently hired SavATree to trim all of our trees (4 large maples and 5 large crepe myrtles). They did an EXCELLENT job and I cannot praise the arborist and team highly enough. Polite, professional, communicate very well, very neat - nice trucks with the latest equipment, great uniforms. "Their price was very fair. My mother and me, both of us have allergies with the chemicals. They were really good about working with us. They were sure that we won?t have a problem. Bob Orrence is the person who comes to do the work. I specially liked the fact that Bob always does the termite treatment personally. I asked him why he wasn?t hiring people. He said that when somebody gives you their house, they are not only trusting you with the structure of the house but also trusting you with the safety of the family. He does the treatment in the daytime. Then he comes back after dinner to inspect the inside of the house to make sure that none of the products has leaked in. He wants to be sure that there is no leak. It?s one of the things he doesn?t want to happen. He is a very honorable guy. And our arrangement is such that if I see things right on time, I call Pam, who answers the phone and Pam will schedule Bob to come and look to make sure that it isn?t termites. We also have request from him that if we do remodeling and see anything suspicious, not to hesitate just call him up and he would come out and look. You like to think that the carpenter and the remodeling people would know termites. But he said that he would feel really terrible if somebody closed up a wall, when there should be a problem treated. My mother had termite treatment under her contract. Bob discovered termite in the garage and that?s two years now. He took care of it. He is good in explaining. He tells you specifically that there are something?s that he doesn?t use that are illegal. He doesn?t feel good about the chemicals himself. When you deal with him, you have the sense that he would not put anything into your house that he wouldn?t use in his house, where his grandchildren are going to be. I like that feeling because mother and I are allergic to a lot of different chemicals. In fact Bob was responsible for saving a friend of mine who was cheated by his termite contractor. He also showed that once a man has a contact with a large national firm, they get cheated. One day my friend was putting a picture and the hammer went through the wall and he saw termite. He called and told me that his company was supposed to do the termite treatment. But they wanted to charge him so much for the work. It?s an area of Maryland where they have well water rather than city water. I gave him Bob?s name and told him to speak to him. Bob went and looked at the place. Then he called and asked me how long I knew my friend from. I said I knew him really well. He told me that my friend was being cheated by his termite contractor. And the process that they were proposing to do, was illegal; if he lets them do what they want, it would contaminate his plants. Because what they were proposing to do was not doing the work correctly. He also told my friend that all the damage should be covered by them. He could show that they were doing the annual inspection from fourteen years. My friend chose to take the legal action. He is very punctual. I would continue using him in future."

"We have a contract for, I guess they do like pre-emergent weed stuff, fertilizing and things like that for us. We?ve had that contract with them for 10 years. So, we are obviously satisfied customers. I just don?t pay a lot of attention. They come when they say they?re coming. We have gone into the office, which is not too far from where we live. Their customer service has always been very good. It?s a small office, but everybody there is very friendly. My husband has never had any concerns. When they say they are coming out to do something, they are here.  <br /> <br /> I would say they are probably very good with price too, because my husband would be looking for somebody else if they weren?t. Our lawn looks great! We are big fans, obviously! We have recommended them as well. We have an annual contract. They come out and they do weed prevention and fertilizing. If we needed other things, they do offer other services, which we have not needed to take advantage of. I believe they do insect control as well. Our services with them is strictly for the lawn."
