They showed up on time, quickly understood the 6 various house projects I needed done, picked up the right equipment for the tasks, split up the tasks and got to work. In just 3 hours they completed all 6 projects and their work was professional and clean. They were very polite and flexible as that same day I had sump pump issues and had various plumbers coming in and out to give estimates and they were able to work around the interruptions with no issues. "This is the most negligent contractor I've dealt with in my life. They suggested to not be home for our attic insulation since we have a newborn at home which I appreciated. They seemed careful and thoughtful in the sales process which is why I ended up picking them for our project. However, when it came time for the job they were reckless with security and safety. Before the job I sent multiple notes via text and email, and had a phone call asking them to contact me at the end of each day so I could set the alarm and lock the doors remotely. Day one they didn't do this. I sent another ask to please be mindful of this so I could keep our home secure. Day 2 they did not do this again, and ended up leaving our front door wide open which triggered a burglar alarm at 2am requiring us to deal with the security company and police throughout the night. Afterwards it took days for anyone to reply. They lacked empathy or ownership for how negligent their team was. I would not recommend working with these people. Mistakes happen, but the response to these mistakes was almost as bad as their dangerous actions themselves."

"Danny and his entire team were very professional throughout the process. We just bought a house and we decided to replace the carpet upstairs with hardwood before moving in. The previous owners would not let us in until closing, so Danny met us at the house immediately after we closed to give us a final estimate, and his crew came the next day to carry wood upstairs and acclimate it. They exceeded our expectations by finishing the entire project before moving day (we thought we would have to sleep downstairs at first!) and they even fixed our stair railing and replaced the top stair riser before we moved in. Everyone was polite to me and accommodating when I needed to let other pros into our attic. After installation, we were concerned about the color of some of the hickory boards, and I voiced my concerns to Danny. (Hickory is mostly a reddish or blonde color, but a few boards had gray mottling on it--probably a natural variation, but it looked like damage to the untrained eye). Danny was great and offered to have his guys carefully replace 6 boards at no additional cost, just so that we would be happy with the outcome. They did a great job and I can barely tell which boards have been replaced, even if I get down on the floor. Danny also had them restain the stair riser to better match the existing floor, even though I hadn't asked. All in all, we are very pleased and we love the floors."
