"A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "We were very pleased with A&D Exteriors. We got estimates from 3 potential roofers. A&D offered a lot of services and material for a very competitive price. Gene, our project manager, did not try to oversell us or scare us into more than we needed. He kept us apprised of steps in the process, especially when weather delayed our date. Excellent communication! We had checked out the ratings of the the 2 different shingle manufacturers they offered as well as a third offered by one of the other roofing companies. We found A & D offered high quality material. We easily made decisions about various options and signed the contract. They pulled the permits and our installation went very smoothly, taking only one day. No money was required until the project was completed. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the crew. They were extra careful with the plantings around the house, protecting everything, and meticulous in the clean-up. "After reviewing several roofing companies on Angi and elsewhere, as well as one family recommendation, we went with Seidel to have all the singles, underlying materials, and gutters replaced on our ~ 25 year old home. The first thing to know about this company is that Udo is a knowledgeable professional who is happy to answer any questions leading up to the job, and assist with things that can be challenging, like getting permits or working with HOAs. During the work he checked in multiple times and even supplied some photos of the roof while the crew was up there, to confirm boards were all OK. In short, he doesn't miss details and does a great job communicating throughout. We went with a higher grade of shingle and supporting materials, and so far (after 30+ days and several storms) the overall quality looks great. I don't anticipate any issues through the coming winter, but will update should anything warrant it. Can fully recommend Seidel and we are also likely to use them for a siding project, based on our positive experiences with the roof."

"M Construction replaced my roof at a fair price. We've had several big wind storms with heavy rain and I haven't found any indications of water intrusion and I still have all of my shingles so I am assuming they did the work correctly. Chuck was very patient and accommodating and answered all of my questions and worked to arrange the install date so as to have the least detrimental impact to my family. The team that replaced my roof worked hard to complete the job in a single 12 hour day. The only negatives I have are the following: 1) they placed shingles directly on my lawn, and the chemicals in the shingles killed the grass underneath. Luckily it is starting to grow back. 2) they aren't very good at cleanup. There were a lot of tiny pieces of plastic, packaging, shingle, and tar paper, left behind and I am still cleaning it up. I also continue to find the occasional roofing nail in my lawn or flower bed. In spite of these two issues, I will probably hire M construction again when I replace my gutters."

"The whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of amazing. The initial visit from the remodeling consultant was very informative and detailed. He seemed to really care about my house, Unlike most roofing contractors who just try to make a quick sale. The install was a one day install for my 3300 sf roof. They also did an amazing job with there clean up process. I didn’t find a single nail in my yard unlike the last roof I got installed 14 years ago.
