They were fantastic in accommodating the change. Install went perfectly. They came on the agreed install day, put up the fence and it is gorgeous! The new fence is super durable. "They sold the business to TeamShares who brought in their own office staff. Chuck who is the new biller will charge you beyond what should be charged on any project. He charged us $600 to tie back 7 small plants and to remove/dispose of 20 little black garden fence edgers. After I complained he started to belittle me, accuse me of complaining, calling me names. He then reinvoiced me with a zero so I didn’t have to pay with a note saying they are no longer do business with us. We have Ben with this company for over 10 years with the original owner. I would not have these people service your property because they will scam you"
