I give him a lot of credit for struggling through his English. It might have taken a few tries to understand each other but we managed and it was fine. "A great team of young electricians came to work at my home to fix existing GFI outlets and install a motion detector in the garage. They were here for three hours. They went at their pace to make sure everything was installed correctly. They were very meticulous. They wouldn't give me a quote before starting the job. They couldn't judge how long it would take or the scope of the work until they were deep into it. They are young and learning, but the quality of work surpassed my expectations."
