"This was the easiest experience from start to finish. Kirsten came out to inspect, and prepare an estimate, complete with video footage noting areas of concern for the crew coming out. Full estimate was sent with clear process, timeline and pricing. Included in the estimate was the certificate of insurance. I didn't lift a finger to do any prep (except take down exterior lights on the house). All scheduled appointments were on time and did exactly what they were contracted to do. They left no mess or post clean up for me. Once finished, it was a total transformation, and the end result is way beyond my expectation. "They started work promptly and continued over a 3 day period. The crew consisted of 4 hard-working and conscientious painters. Their focus upon surface preparation was promised up-front and carried out by means of a low-pressure wash and abundant use of an elastomeric (flexible) caulk at any irregularities in the surfaces along with the window sashes. Their use of masking non-wood/masonry areas and all windows and doors resulted in a finished product free of paint smudges and drips. Their crew has obviously been together for a long period as they worked quickly and efficiently together. I also contracted for a cleaning of our concrete driveway and sidewalk; their rotary brush with cleaning additives really did a great job as a result of their specialized equipment and application. Their work was very high quality at a fair price; other estimates I obtained were peppered with 'not-included' and 'extras' but this company's proposal mostly consisted of a straightforward statement of 'we will paint your house and do a great job- and they did! They came to me by a referral from a friend who shared my same sentiments and led me to call them. At this time they have one crew and If there is a wait for them to start your job, I say it will be worth the wait."
