Small jobs welcome

"We are part of a condo association with new builds and older units. They did great work on our new one. Once people saw the job they did others wanted other jobs done. Very friendly and easy to work with. They clean up and leave everything looking great. They gave helpful instructions for best results. I recommend them for any of their services they provide. "

"Hired to have an egress window put in. Quoted 2 to 3 day project. We accepted may 6, 2025. May came & went with no communication. End of June they began digging by hand stating some equipment had broken. They dug for a few days leaving debris all over the yard. He thought it was a poured basement & said he would have to hire someone. I verified it was a block basement. They were supposed to be done early July. He was not returning text messages & phone calls. The hole remained- no work done. July 12 they finally cut the hole for the window. The outside hole & the cement blocks were moved exposing the house & wiring to the outside after not returning calls or texts. The window installer came on July 26. It took a few weeks for them to clean up the yard. October 5, 2025 i messaged him stating the latch for the window wasn't working. He came out & said it would be taken care of. Never heard back. The installer didnt properly install window and we had water problems"

"First there were a couple of delays due to COVID, the weather, and a truck broke down. The window guys were over 2 hours late. While excavating near the house, the workers “accidentally” broke our water main. This of course was our fault and cost us an additional $3000! Read your contract. There is a small clause about accidents not being their fault. Subsequently, we had no water for two days and a large plumbing bill from a plumber they sent. This may not be over."

"All Star Installations Inc was professional in every way. We had our roof replaced and our chimney cap repaired. They did both jobs with skill and precision. They were thorough, hardworking, and an immense pleasure to work with. They did a tremendous job from start to finish and the clean up was impeccable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The new roof and chimney cap on our home looks amazing! I highly recommend All Star Installations Inc. Ryan and Chris are top notch!!"

My name is Ken. It makes my day when I'm able to help others reach their goals and needs. It's all about communication. I need to know what the customer needs and many times a little about why it’s needed. So I may help find a reasonable solution to the problem. I am Self employed, I do employ several part time employees, I sub contract as needed to get the complete job done in a timely manner. Estimates are always free. I do charge a $ 85.00 service fee for smaller jobs. Many times the small jobs can be done on the spot. Larger jobs are estimated or bid. Billing is Net 15 in most cases. Larger jobs will require a down payment. Some jobs may require installments or weekly billings. If you have a vision I can help.
