When I told him what was wrong, in admittedly an energetic, frustrated tone, he told me he was the owner and would not put up with my complaining. After they left, there were more adjustments I had to do to the latch, and now, a few years later, the lag bolts that they installed to the garage wall have worked loose, so I had to repair that also. The only good thing about this company was the nice salesman and a good price. By the way, they are in Anaheim, not Irvine; I guess their name is to give the impression that they are a classy outfit, which they are definitely not."
