The work was done very professionally , one day they installed forms, so I knew exactly where the line would be prior to concrete pouring. Then the work was carefully done for a smooth finish, adequate slope and section lines were drawn. The next day, the forms were removed and the area was complete. "I had to have windows replace in home I inherited ...14 windows in all...Dan and his crew came out and spent a day and half and they are very turn professional and know what they are doing ....I thought wound have took at least three days but nope ...I spent the day in basement why they worked and stayed out of there way and let me tell the transformations of my home the first day was wild...I was at work second day and when came home they where gone and couldn't even tell they had been there my home looks like new home now thanks to evolve and his team mem.. "Wow, what can I say. Romani Construction did a fantastic job. We had them come in to take out a load-bearing wall in addition to new flooring throughout. They gave us a great price and kept us updated despite some hiccups along the way. The hiccups were on our partâ  our house is a little older and when the previous owners did work on it, it wasnâ  t done like it was supposed to. Instead of installing some luxury vinyl planks on top of an existing floor, we had to remove tile and some plywood to get to the subfloor. The subfloor needed to be repaired in a few spots because of termite damage that wasnâ  t addressed. Their expertise helped us make decisions and balance our budget by helping us determine what can be patched up for now and what made sense in the long run to repair now. While they were here, we had them update our staircase and balusters and remove some wood paneling from the walls that was popular about 30 years ago. The wood paneling left a gap of about à ¼â  and we asked them to price out installing a staircase skirt board or à ¼â  drywall. They were able to do either and we chose to install the drywall for aesthetic purposes. Even when we discovered one of the balusters may have been accidentally damaged during installation, they came out a week later and fixed it for us free of charge. They stand by their work and honestly it looks great, especially with what they had to work with. The only complaint I have is that, at times, communication was a little difficult but Abid was our focal point until his vacation when Hector took over. Hector was a delight to work with as well. Shout out to Sam for putting up with all our demands and requests. :)"
