"Had several problems with them residing my house. First of all, the dumpster was supposed to be at my house early in the morning on the day that they started. It did not show up until 6 pm that evening so the old siding was on my grass all day and killed some of it. After they were done, I checked everything and found they messed up my electrical, did not hook the exhaust hose back up when they installed a new vent. The project manager was not any help, so I had to call the owner. Eventually they got an electrician out to fix everything and I hooked the exhaust hose up myself and now everything is good but the fact that they said they were done and left things a mess if what bothered me. It took a couple weeks to fix, and it should have been done in 4 days. Most people probably don't check everything like I did so who knows if they did this to other homeowners."

"I Hired JM after having troubles with my back door. Much of the weather stripping had come off and began to rot the door jamb. I Called JM Essential Improvements and he had the entire Door and Jamb replaced within three days. Over all, my experience was fast, easy, and the company proved to be a reliable service provider. I will definitely be using them again!"

"Govea , came to home to see if he could repair our front deck. Front deck was ugly and when he got finished it was beautiful. We have seen some things he does. "We recommend Continental Siding for their quality of work. We had siding, windows, and doors installed."

"Reece Mauk General Contractor- Prairie Mountain Construction Reece installed four windows and two exterior doors for our modular home, came took measurements and did all the ordering and scheduled deliveries of materials. In addition he replaced all the exterior window trim on then older windows to match the new ones, and correctly insulating the windows the Penguin Window Company (now debunked) had not done so. Reece built up the inside of all interior windows and added decorative trim not the quarter round that was original on them. I love the look of the new windows and doors, he installed all the hardware on the doors. He cleaned up all the materials from construction and sweep all the inside areas, bagging things as he went and hauled everything away. Reece was willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. A top notch contractor would highly recommend him. CCB#162247"
