His estimate was reasonable and I was going to hire him (should have!!!). Someone came by and told me they could do the same job for $100 less and $60 later I was very sorry. The work he did was adequate, but he did not do all the things that Jay would have done in his estimate. I'm really sorry I did not go with his company."
