After they spray like about fourteen days or something, they will come back and they will keep coming back as long as you call them and you are not satisfied. They just cannot kill the weeds, but their customer service is good. I would use them again. I would give them one more year."

"The provider showed up on time and did what was required in May of 2015.  He seemed knowledgeable.  The problem came when I went in the store to pay them in May.  I paid with a debit card and thought I had taken care of my bill.  In August, I got a call from the provider wondering why I hadn't paid them, and they said that if I didn't pay soon, they would send the bill to collections.  I remembered that I had paid them in May in person and looked back at my banking transactions.  Sure enough, there was a payment to Shoops for the exact amount they were asking for.  I called Shoops the next day to explain that I'd already paid them and they apologized and said something about how when payments are done through the register, the payment doesn't actually show up in their accounting (whatever they use).  I'm just really disappointed that they don't have their act together as far as payments being tracked.  If I hadn't done some research on my own, I might have paid them twice because of their error.  To think that I almost got my account sent to a bill collector is appalling! <br />"
