There was an entire home that needed to be cleared out as well as outbuildings. We were so overwhelmed with how much needed to leave the property before the home and property sale, but Jake and his team did an incredible and timely job clearing and hauling everything out that we needed, even things that were heavy and dirty like old rugs, broken furniture, and heaps of bins full of debris outdoors. As a next step in our project, we also needed an area churned up/tilled. He showed up with a dump truck and his skid steer. Once he was done hauling the dirt away, he worked for about another half hour churning up the remaining area with his skid steer - he clearly has a lot of experience!! He was working the machine like it was an extension of his hands, went right up to our fence, landscaping rocks, and bushes, and never touched any of them.
