"Don was very responsive and professional except when it came time to book the roof. He made it clear they weren't going to be covering any damages the roofers create, like stepping through sheetrock in the cieling. So I had to cancel the job, which I had already paid for the building permit that he requested I obtain for him. Pretty disappointed they don't cover their own damages which seems obvious would be their responsibility."

I was out of state on vacation when my brother called to tell me water was pouring through his ceiling and more rain was expected. Not knowing any roofers in the Dalton area I gave Angi a try for the first time. Taylor called me within a couple hours (on a Sunday), told me he could be there in the morning. Showed up right on time. Sent me 40 pictures so I could see what was going on. Determined it was the missing brick mortar on top of the fireplace. We talked for a while, he offered to secure a tarp around it till I could get back in town for a very reasonable price. He also noticed a few shingles blown off garage and replaced those as well while he was there. "My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
for them during the installation. A special thanks to Mr. Trey, who went out of his way during the installation of the solar panels to make me feel comfortable. When I called him with questions about how the waterproofing worked, he stopped the entire job and brought me up on the roof to show me how the special roof brackets keep things from leaking.  We have just received our first electric bill and it was significantly lower than the same bill last year. We would recommend this company.
