"Honest, reliable company. I had other companies work on this same area and was never fixed right. Roof repair guys new exactly what was needed."

"The customer service provided by Eastern is second to none. From the first day you call for services until the day your project is completed you will feel like you are their only customer . Their project managers have no problem helping you navigate through insurance claims and ensuring you are getting a fair deal from your insurance company . They do not have to do this as they are getting paid the same amount regardless of insurance payment but their mission is to ensure the customer receives the reimbursement deserved. Our roof was complete in one day . The workers were wonderful on every level from expertise , to respect , and most noticeable even from afar is their hard working nature . Eastern’s standard warranty speaks to the quality of their work. Their warranty is so comprehensive that they would be out of business if their work was anything less than perfect. Thank you Eastern for giving is piece of mind and a beautiful roof ❤️"

"Did a great job at a good price. Very happy. Just finished the job and now we just have to see how it keeps the rain out. I will update if it doesn't and I'll add a picture"

"I couldn’t be happier with the work completed on my home. Jake and his entire team were incredible from start to finish. The level of professionalism and expertise exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the way they were able to collaborate with me in bringing my vision to life! I was happy with each of the employees that I encountered as well as the clear communication I had with the management team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy, honest contractor."

"After I got 5 estimates, 3 for Asphalt shingles, 2 for Metal roofing I decided to go with First Choice because Dave explained exactly what he planned to do. The other contractor wanted to install the metal roof over the exiting Shingles even after I explained that I suspected that some wood decking was damaged and needed to be replaced. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email as I am currently deployed overseas.

"Mike and his crew did a very nice job with our condo renovation. He was always easy to work with and accommodated our design requests as well as scheduling. He uses quality sub-contractors, particularly his tile installers and hardwood floor refinishers, both of whom did superior work. We were pleased with the final product and the pricing was reasonable compared to other contractors for the work we needed."

"This company was not awarded the contract to complete the roofing job. SO NO THEY DID NOT COMPLETE THIS PROJECT."
