"We needed a minor roof repair- flashing needed to be nailed down and I spent all day yesterday calling around and begging handymen and roofing contractors to come over and take a look, no luck at all. Either all were booked out until next Spring or the job was not worth their time and effort to come out. I called Buck with Eagle Siding headquartered in Burnsville and he offered to come out within the hour and take care of the repair. WOW, just wow...he came out, nailed the sucker down and made additional minor repairs as well. His charge was very fair for a simple job, but I would not hesitate to refer them or call them back if we had siding or roofing issues in the future. He was thorough, prompt, professional. pleasant and very responsive. Thanks Buck!!"

"A+ review for William and the KeyPrime team! About a year ago, we purchased a historic house that was in need of several major repairs. The roof was over 20 years old and had not been done properly before, which had caused the wood soffits, eves, and fascias to rot. Squirrels and bats had started getting in through the rotted wood, and the gutters were falling off the house. We interviewed a lot of companies and received numerous bids. It was a complex project, and we wanted it done well + affordably (a difficult combination to achieve). We also needed all the work to conform to the historic register requirements and be approved by the historic preservation committee. When William came out and discussed the project, we were immediately impressed. He demonstrated a deep understanding of the intricacies that the project would involve, and was able to explain things to us simply and clearly. He was patient and took the time to answer all our questions, so that we understood all our options and felt comfortable with the proposal. He also helped us to make informed decisions about where to cut costs in order to keep the project within our budget, as well as where it was worth it to spend the money and not cut corners. The project itself went very smoothly. Everyone on the team was friendly, and they worked very efficiently. A few times when questions or concerns came up, I called William and they were addressed immediately. One of our big worries when we started the project was that a company was going to come in with a low bid and then raise the price with “surprises” once the project started. William was very up front with the pricing, and let us know what would happen if they uncovered anything unexpected after the roof was opened up. Thankfully, no surprises were found, and we were billed the exact amount that we were initially quoted! A few small unexpected things even came up during the project that they could have easily “nickel and dimed” us for, but they just took care of them without any additional charges. The new roof, soffits, eves, fascia, and gutters that KeyPrime installed look great, and we are extremely happy! They did a great job restoring the beauty to our historic house. Our experience with KeyPrime was exceptional from start to finish, and we look forward to working with them again on future projects."

"This was the second project that I have hired TCH to do. It's so nice to be able to hire one contractor and have the same people do all of the work (plumbing, carpentry, tile work, etc.,) instead of having to hire a different company for each part of the project, or have a company sub out the work. TCH has the best personnel, always punctual and very cooperative. Regularly checking with me to be sure the job gets done the way I expected. They were very careful to protect all areas from dust and debris and made an exceptional effort to clean up at the end of each day and when the job was completed. "The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT. I was pleasantly surprised when their PVC flat roof product came back at a better rate than the EPDM product quoted by the other companies. Billy was open that it would be ~4 weeks before they could get the product from the manufacturer and finished up other jobs they had on the books. He was very responsive as I asked for updated during this time. Finally, when it came to putting the roof on, the crew was great. If it wasn't for the pounding, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Billy kept me up to date on the progress throughout the 2 and a half days they were there. He also came back out to show me some pictures of the process and talk me through any maintenance items I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Billy and the Superior Classic roofing team!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.
