We recently installed a new roof, and contracted Skyfall to perform a 3rd party roof inspection to ensure we could sign the job completion documents with peace of mind. Troy Billups performed a roof inspection for us this morning. After initially estimating that the work might take 30 minutes, he spent over an hour on the roof to make sure he documented every issue he found. Troy took pictures of all affected areas, and even chalked them up for us. Following his inspection, Troy took the time to walk me through the pictures, explaining exactly what we were looking at. We are expecting a complete report with line by line defects and corresponding images so we can go back to our original contractor for remediation. If all contractors were as honest, and trustworthy as this group, it would make homeownership so much easier. My *only* regret, is that we didn't contact Troy to install this roof in the first place. A+ rating, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Troy or his team to my closest friends and family."

Jesus ordered the shingles and a week later Jesus and his crew replaced the gutters,siding and replaced the roof. One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor and I will be using Jesus in the future."

"It went very good.  They are very professional.  I was really impressed by how well the job they did.  I had a walk way made out of wood, treated wood, after they were finished with it, looked brand new.  I mean before it looked green and looked like it needed to be replaced.  There were some extra charges, because of the shed, the cost didn't include the shed and the deck.  I think it was an additional $25.  They were late, they had trouble with a machine.  They called me up though so not sure how to rate that.  They called me, well actually to tell you the truth, the first time I called them they never showed up.  That was probably the only thing that got me.  Not sure I'd use them again, maybe, I'd probably price around again.  It was a little expensive, a little bit on the pricey side.  The $225 kind of lures you in and then add more for this and that, so it's not exactly.  They did a good job so, I've had other people before and they didn't do a good job.  They had the right, I think the big expense was they had the right machinery there.  They had this big huge machine on the back of their truck, where most people just come in with a pressure washer and just pressure wash your house.  They put some chemical on, kind of like bleach or something then they just sprayed it right off.  I'd say I probably will use them again.  I'm going to look around a little bit more this time.  Everything kind of evens out.  I think maybe give a more realistic, like with Angie's List, they have that blanket $225 or whatever and it's not $225.  It's kind of deceiving, because it's not really $225.  You have to pay more for other stuff.  I guess it did say the additional structure would cost more.  So I guess it is fair, you are just going to pay more.  They are just expensive that's all."

"Very professional and rapid completion of the job. The clean up was excellent and there was NO sign they had even been here, except for a nice new roof. We have lived in our home for 26 yrs. and iit is over 100 years old. The roof improves the look of our home.
