Out of the 2, John was the pro who actually followed through to show interest in meeting with us and without any "pressure" gave options to us if it would be appropriate to have him contact us within a short time to see how our projects & time frames were moving forward. When he arrived for the job, he went right to work. There were some issues were more complicated yet was confident in the approach to the problem. We recently had the walls & ceilings painted and although moving through a rather tight area with an extendable ladder, there was not one mark to be made by him. John replaced a total of 7 lighting fixtures, installed an additional outlet and repaired a broken outlet.
