"Steve was on time, absolutely professional, explained how that 'spot' was on the ceiling and how to remove it. The "leak" was an old 'stain' on the ceiling... and we needed no repairs to this roof. We asked that they check the roof yearly to ensure it remains in excellent condition.. *** Found out all good things about our home. They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!"

"The technician was able to do the installation 3 hours early. This was fine with me. The entire job was much quicker than I expected. The tech discussed where the tube would be installed and discussed possible shadows my ceiling fan might cast. The shadow isn't really a big deal. My furniture was covered and when the tech left other than feeling like I should turn off a light I wouldn't have known anyone had cut a hole in my ceiling.
