I understood that was enough to solve my problem so I hired them. He assures to me was not a membership and just include 30 days service to my computer configuration. I used the service twice in one week and after that I was informed by email that Eldin, the same guy that assure me was not a membership enrolled me in as member without my consent. I already contact him and left a message and answered the email that I received clarifying that I didn't buy any membership or consent anyone to do that. Nobody is answer me. Already report the company to my bank as scam that they are using my card to enroll me as a member without my consent."
