Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"I recently bought a 2-flat with a flat roof that was in really rough shape and especially difficult, it was multiple layers deep and completely in shambles. David and team did an outstanding job: 1. Tearing off multiple layers of old, crumbling roof 2. Installing new insulation and granulated roofing 3. Spot repairing brickwork around the chimneys and edges 4. Spot tuckpointing the front limestone of the building 5. Cleaning the property afterwards The job was done in a total of 4 days, 2 for the tear off and re-roofing and 2 for the masonry/tuckpointing work. I was very impressed by how quickly they were able to get this done given the severity of the issues and the difficulty of the project. All this to say, I would absolutely recommend APR Roofing for your roofing and masonry needs - they were efficient, cost effective, transparent and honest. We absolutely made the right choice in selecting them from the value they brought. We solicited three NARI affiliated contractors and Infinity Exteriors was best in (1) price for entire project envelope, (2) lifetime workmanship warranty versus 2-10 year range, and (3) speed of installation at 1-2 weeks versus 1+ months. Infinity had specialty crews for all three phases - roofing, siding, and gutters. Each were experts in their areas - including the roofing and gutter subcontractors that clearly were longtime subs and had earned Infinity's approval. This is not only shown by the professionalism by Dennis (roofing) and Manuel (gutters), but by Infinity's coordination and need to stand behind its lifetime warranty. Infinity would be responsible for any issues so that workmanship demand carries through to their subs. A big ovation to Johnny and his crew - they were responsive to my asks (additional venting cut into the soffit, garage door weather strip adjustment, additional window spray foam insulation, etc.) and finished the entire home in under three days. I've worked in the electrical construction industry for 15+ years and have an improved sense and ability to gauge skilled and engaged contractors. Infinity Exteriors has top notch contractors. The project management facet - from sales through coordination, I couldn't list even one improvement. Tom (sales and PM) was preemptively communicating what I needed, helping provide insight with insurance claim questions, stopped by multiple times during the construction, and followed up at completion. Infinity Exteriors uses an automated email progress system (project start, material ordered, delivery, etc.) and also when PMs check into the site in person. We had PMs for each phase, and even a PM illness was handled seamlessly. I highly recommend using Infinity Exteriors."

Less than a year later a wind storm took off two of the siding panels. I called Tim Niles, the general manager, and workers were there within a week to replace the damaged panels. However, the stand-out is that while having my gutters cleaned this year from another company, the workman pulled up on the shingles and broke several.
