As he worked, I noticed some damage to the property, and he explained that sometimes the holes in Wayfair products don't align properly, which can lead to issues. Additionally, he was expected to assemble a TV stand within the quoted 1.5 hours, but he was unable to start that as well."

"My furniture looked better BEFORE it was cleaned. After letting the furniture dry for a few days after the crew cleaned it, we had lines embedded in the fabric. I called Gary Giovannelli to let him know about the problem and he returned to “steam” the lines out of the fabric. It’s now been two days and the furniture looks just as bad as it did the first time. I believe the first crew put some kind of solution on the furniture that shouldn’t have been used. As far as I’m concerned they ruined my furniture and now I’m stuck with it. I will not use Bella ever again."
