"Before August 12, 2024, Angi connected me with Rubio Landscape & Maintenance to install my sprinkler system. He asked for 3 payments and promised me it would be completed in 2 weeks. I paid him the initial deposit of 12,175 on 09/02/2025, 2nd payment of $,6087.50 on September 11, and the third and final payment when the job is completed. He has not completed the job, and he started calling me while I was on vacation, asking for money. He wants me to go to the bank to pay him before the job is completed.
