They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."

Their crew had my gutters up in about 6 hours on the day of installation and within a couple of days of the initial contact. I chose the black gutters with (tan) downspouts and they look beautiful with my black metal roof and cream colored tile siding. I also got the leaf guard so no worrying about cleaning them out.
