"A great service from start to finish. Great communication, fast, efficient work, dedicated employees, lots of equipment, punctual, have liability insurance and reasonably price. They were really on top of things and really nice. Removed a medium width but tall tree that recently died and was leaning toward our building. Very impressive! Used to be Oscar's Tree Service for years, but recent name change to Mr. Beaver. This company is out of Zebulon, there is another Beaver Tree out of Cary that's a different company. I will be using them in the near future for another project."

"More Like Eastern 1/3 of your lawn Maintenance! I watched my service provider on Ring cameras perform service on 3,600 square feet and ignore the front and side lawns, 6,200 square feet. But my bill reflected 10,000 square feet of service. When I called to question this, they didn't seem to care and I canceled my account. Then I got a p*****-off call from the guy who serviced my lawn (which I did not request), trying to justify the lack of work done on my property. I am still waiting on a call from the 'office manager' about making this right, but I doubt that will come. Attached is an image from the untreated portion of the property, that was nice green grass a year ago (and 1,500 bucks ago) and now it's not doing so well, I wonder what it would have looked like had it been properly serviced!!!"

"I hired Arborex Tree Services LLC to prune three large Southern Red Oaks in my front, side and back yards in Medfield Estates, and at a very reasonable price. They are licensed and insured, and came to do the job within just a couple days of my approving the estimate. Using a combination of a far-reaching bucket truck where applicable, and rope-climbing in the more sensitive areas (they did not use spikes on their boots that might have injured the trees) they removed large dead branches threatening to fall on their own, and live branches overhanging the house. In all cases when there was danger of damage below, they lowered the limbs with ropes rather than dropping them. The crew of four were efficient, skilled, safety-conscious, friendly, and courteous. Their coordinated efforts made the work go smoothly and quickly, and it was pure pleasure to watch them work. The limbs were cut, removed, ground up & hauled away, and the area raked clean such that there was little or no evidence they had been there. I will hire them again when the time comes to prune (or remove) more trees."

They accused me and others of yelling at their crew members, but that's not true. I have everything recorded, and I'm going to share it with the HOA and other communities in the area so everyone knows what they're like.
