I will have him put the air conditioner into a side wall in the spring when it's warmer. I am very pleased with his work. He also did a couple of very small jobs for me at no additional cost which I appreciated very much. I am more than happy to give him a great review and to recommend him as a contractor."

"It was a pleasure to have Pepe and his team come paint for us. They were reliable and professional and priced competitively. They also took great care in protecting our floors and furniture from any paint drips. In addition to the great work they did they also were very helpful as it took me some time to pick out the perfect color for our home. "K&E was very responsive to my request through Angi and came the same day (a Saturday) to review the work. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the work the following Monday. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. However, he did not provide the contractcertifications and company info prior to coming to do the work as he said. He was not responsive to my emails and text messages about the contract and work start due to bad weather. Clean up was pretty good, but I did find chipped paint debris when I expected to all of that vacuumed away. That's why I gave a 4 point rating rather than a 5. I will not need to hire again because the lead and asbestos have been abated and there is no need for further work."

"It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was not overly pleased. I did not hear from them for a week or more after I purchased it so I called them. The guy was on a roof and was supposed to call me back. That didn't happen for 3 or 4 days. He said he would call me back because he had several more jobs lined up. It took a couple more phone calls. It took them a long time to get here. I have a very small house so what I was paying was really not that good of a deal for me. The price was the same no matter what the size was. As the winter has progressed, it appears that the work they did wasn't really that great. My soffits are basically coming apart and the down pipe of the gutter has come off already. I would have thought that reattaching a down spout on a gutter would have been part of them cleaning it."
