"We called Ranieri Construction because a combination of ground settling and a sloppy repair made our concrete pool deck not only cracked and uneven, but also unsightly. Lou Ranieri explained that they couldn’t fix the cracks as they were, but would have to remove the filler from the first repair, grind down the uneven surfaces and stain the whole surface to achieve an even color. Once the plan was in motion, Andrew Ranieri worked tirelessly to grind down and level all the surfaces – this man is a definite perfectionist and the even surface is better than we ever thought was possible. A skim coat was applied and, once hardened, the whole area was cleaned and stained. It’s beautiful! We can’t say enough about how diligent Lou and Andrew are in their, often backbreaking, work. Once completed, the work area was left spotlessly clean. "I received quotes for three different options - the cedar fence, an alternative in vinyl, and a repair of the broken fence. The sales guy was very easy to get hold of and provided the quotes promptly. I went with the cedar and it was installed in two days. For some reason, the old fence posts had been sunk in concrete, and all the concrete had to be removed. The yard was cleaned up both days, and the fence came out really nice. <br> <br>18 months later, the fence still looks good."

"My experience with Real Dry was exceptional throughout the whole process. Last year, we were getting water in our basement whenever there was a heavy rain. Steve came and assessed the situation, and recommended digging wells around our basement windows and door and filling them with gravel for better drainage straight down (rather than toward the house/windows). We initially talked about also digging a well in the front of the house, where water would pool due to our lack of gutters and then come in through the foundation. So the initial estimate included all of that. When Steve arrived on the actual day with his crew, I told him that I didn't think we needed to have a well in the front of the house because I was planning on getting gutters and that should take care of that. He adjusted the estimate accordingly with absolutely no hassle. The work itself was done quickly and professionally and the basement has been bone dry ever since, despite some incredibly heavy rain. "I contacted five different contractors and only three were willing to come to do the estimate. Among the three contractors who came, one never gave me the estimate despite repeated emails and messages, and the second contractor who came reluctantly gave me an estimate that was so ridiculously inflated that we simply could not afford it. Randy was the only contractor who was responsive and professional, and was very honest with his estimate and most importantly willing to work with us to make our budget to work for our project. The project went well, although it started later than all of us expected due to scheduling issue, but the entire project was completed pretty much on-time still. Randy is a very talented plumber, he was able to somehow connect the plumbing in our tiny new bathroom with very little space to work with. The team did a great job for tiling the bathroom floors, both bathrooms look great. I still do not know how they managed to put the new bath tub and shower unit in so perfectly in the tight spaces, I am just glad that they are good at it. They also gave us good ideas how to maximize our limited space, for example by installing a recessed mirror/medicine cabinet. We now have two tidy and functioning full baths that look great, thanks to the HomePros Construction Team."
