"Fantastic! They painted roofing, walls and trim on about 2000+ sq/ft house. Mr. Hetrick was easily contacted to coordinate the painting and finishing of the project. His workers were very polite and took pride at ensuring the quality met my satisfaction. I only needed a few touch ups and this was coordinated well with Mr. Hetrick and the workers. Mr. Hetrick did a final walk through to ensure we were pleased with the work. I will use Hetrick painting again in the future. "Quality" is the key to their service."

"We couldn't be happier with the results. Joey responded to our initial communication quickly and professionally. A couple of nights later he stopped by to assess our project. Our original request included painting our family room, main stairwell, a hallway, and a bedroom. The quote we received for the entire project was fair, but well beyond our budget for the project. So we settled on having only the parts that we felt we couldn't accomplish on our own: the family room and main stairwell. Joey negotiated with us in good faith and we settled on a final cost that I think we were all happy with. This was a two day project and Joey's and his team arrived promptly on both days. They took care to protect our home and kept the work areas clean and tidy. They did the work on a Thursday and Friday. Over the weekend we noticed a couple of area that needed minor correction and Joey personally came out on the following Monday to make the necessary touch ups.
We are very happy with the work that we had done. Not only would we not hesitate to have Joey and his team come out and do additional work, but we also would happily recommend Elite Painting Services to anyone looking for a painting contractor.

"They did a good job, but I had this done last year and that company, Maryland Pro Wash, was much better.  I had painted stairs that I wanted them to do but because the paint was peeling he decline to do them.

We were having a hard time picking a color to match an accent tile with a speckled pattern. The automatic color match device at the paint store wasn't coming up with the right color. One of the people working the job helped pick out the perfect color.

"Hire this company!  Not only were they responsive, reliable and reasonable, their work quality exceeded our expectations.  I
found CRS on Angie?s List.  We hired them to remove tons of wallpaper and paint an entire house that included a two story
foyer, crown molding and higher than normal ceilings that we had just purchased in Frederick.  It was a big job working on a short time frame.  We can?t tell which rooms had the wallpaper!   

I can?t say enough nice things about them.   The owner, Gerardo, is professional and I had trusted that the job was being completed as I wanted even with the transitional colors I chose for different rooms.  He was onsite and in constant communication with us since we weren't living in the house yet.

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.
