When applying felt to our roof, one of the workers accidentally let a full roll of felt slip off the peak, and hit our air conditioner, crushing the cage and damaging the coil. The crew chief apologized, pictures were taken by theroofing crew and they advised Scott Smith. Also advised us they would take care of the damaged unit. The unit in short, was replaced with a brand new unit and they were very understanding. We can not say enough good things for this company. We were also happy at the end of the job, that they cleaned up our yard, and used a big magnet <br /> to pick up all the nails! <br />"

On the scheduled days of installation (multi-day), his team showed up early, completely installed the new roof, and cleaned up all debris.
