"This was overall the ?worst? experience I have ever had with hiring a handyman service. The owner Gary was going to install 2 tv wall mounts and I confirmed with him because my son was coming home from the Navy and I wanted this to be done prior to his homecoming for the holidays. Then he sent me a text and told me that Carlos would be coming to my house. I rearranged my schedule on 3 different occasions to accommodate his schedule and the afternoon that he was scheduled to come to my house he canceled on me. I contacted Gary and explained the situation and was very nasty with me via text message and actually told me to fuck off. I contacted customer service to let them know about this incident and I have not heard back from them."
