James and his team created a concrete patio, added landscape lighting, and designed a xeriscaped area with a dry rock creek, adding charm. James?s artistic vision was accurate, and he adapted to changes. His small team worked hard, delivering on time. Dawn scheduled us quickly and met our budget initially. However, Easy Seasons low-bid the project and forced us to take responsibility for their bidding error, despite my verifications and approving a scope adjustment. Their lack of accountability frustrated us. While we love the outdoor space, the bidding issues marred the experience. Thanks, James and Dawn, for the effort, but the process fell short. "

Miguel starts a project ON TIME and finishes at the promised time. No excuses and NEVER any "no shows". His bids are fully detailed and fair. He has worked with whatever budget I have for a project and is very good at suggesting alternative ideas/materials to give the desired outcome within budget. In addition he is a PRO in laying sprinkler systems, fixing existing sprinkler issues and planting trees.
