The turn around time to actually perform the work was quick as well. I even added a couple extra stumps and other wood and debris that needed cleaned up and taken away that he was gladly willing to do for a fair price as well! "They made a tough job look easy. I needed two trees felled in a tight space and they nailed it. I just had Artisans drop the trees across my driveway and into the front yard. I took care of cutting everything to fireplace size and cleaning up and hauling away the debris. Next time I'll have them do the whole job. (A sadder man but wiser now...) I still have two stumps to grub out. Oh baby. The reason I did not give them 5 on Customer Service is they were pretty slow on responding to contact requests. "I wish we had found Humble Tree Service years ago! They removed a HUGE pine tree that fell during a wind storm. They showed up on time, they were licensed/insured, they were VERY efficient and courteous. They took down the tree so fast and they even raked / picked up pine cones, blew off our driveway. They were done in record time. We have had several big trees serviced in years past and never have they done such an excellent job. And to top it off, they cost much less than our old tree service.
