He accommodated my request very promptly (same day after 6pm, so I did not have to take a day off for this!). He replaced a damaged GFCI outlet and tested the rest of the circuit, inspected the main electrical panel as requested. "Everything went great. The only reason I didn't give an A for quality is that they had to leave holes in my wall and ceiling tile to run the speaker wires. I did agree to this after it was explained how they would have to run the wires, but I haven't figured out how to fix the ceiling tile yet. So I would say it would be nice if that weren't the case and that it wasn't so destructive to do the work and/or it would be repaired as part of the service offered. I would still highly recommend."
