He worked very skillfully and carefully to section the branch and lowered the trunk pieces onto the ground away from our house. "Even though we explained the tree trimming project in detail and showing which branches to remove, they completely butchered the tree by removing 14 big ans small branches instead of agreed upon 4. Because they came 3 hours late we were running late for our doctor's appointment and we made a mistake of trusting Efrain. He went to cut the back tree (fine job there) and left his brother without much instructions for the front tree. They raised the canopy by 30 feet or more, while we only wanted it cut 6 to 8 feet. We paid them fully even though Efrain offered to lower the price but since he also promised that he will plant a few bushes or trees for us for free because we lost the visual privacy in front of the house. Upon securing the plants we called him numerous times and waited a month and he never showed up to plant two trees. Watchout for these guys. Don't leave them alone in your yard they will do irreversible damage. Efrain, I gave you many chances to make this right. "
