"If I could give 10 starts, I would! We had a jungle in our back yard for years, and our front yard was filled with invasive weeds as well as a huge dip in the lawn from sewer work by the city. Charly and Melissa are two of the hardest working people I've met, and they are very skilled in their profession. They weeded, removed old stumps, streamlined the flower beds, sodded, edged the lawn, removed debris and river rock, and created a a beautiful yard that I can finally enjoy. "I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."
