"Overall things went well. The price was good and Barack was easy to contact and to communicate with. We had a deck that hadn't been treated in years and so required extensive cleaning before sealing. Barak and his team put in a lot of hours (four days) to make things look nice. <br /> It wasn't until after Barak was done that we realized our deck probably needed more than just a cleaning and resealing to make it look truly good again. Next time I think we will pay more to have the deck sanded before it is sealed. Also, if your pergola is next to any windows, you may want to consider paying extra to have someone paint the sealer on the pergola rather than spray it on. There was a lot of overspray on the windows (despite extraordinary effort from the crew to contain it), and getting sealer off of windows is very difficult. (Try "Simply Green" concentrated spray to soften the spots and then SCRUB). <br /> To conclude, Barak and his team did what they said they would do, at a very reasonable price. It isn't his fault that we didn't realize we wanted more, until after the job was done. <br />"
