"Quote process was on time, Sean was very professional and on time. Install of system was fast. Things changed from quote that I was not advised of though and I felt I should have been advised. For example, I was quoted 8 zones, and 28 sprinkler heads. I got 5 zones and 19 sprinkler heads when all said and done. I bought my own smart sprinkler controller and a separate zone for an upper garden(which we did not do) was quoted. Sean said he would credit me for the controller, and the separate garden zone off the original quote, however, when the bill came the day following installation these items were still included with the balance due, of $3823. I called to dispute the charges and Sean apologized for the oversight on the billing, and corrected that right away. I mentioned the zones and head issue and Sean said that quoting was not highly precise. He said he included an inline sediment filter (not included with original quote) that offset the zones and head issue. I had a couple of problems after installation that NW responded and took care of right away. So from a service perspective they were very good. But I was not happy with quoting process or the final billing because I felt the inline filter did not offset the reduction in zones and sprinkler heads. So overall, I give the process in general 3 stars. 5 for service, and 1 for quoting and billing."

"They don't schedule enough time to provide the requested service so they have to come back. This works to their advantage because they charge you for a whole hour ($70) even if they're there just 10 minutes. They determine the time based on the GPS tracker in the service vehicle. Both times the guy sat in his truck for 30 minutes after he was finished. Work was completed but 2 sprinkler heads still don't pop up."

"They were very helpful teaching us how to use our antiqued system. They quickly made repairs or replaced broken heads. We are so thankful for their pleasant and prompt service."

"We really appreciated the professionalism from Scott as he battled through one of the hottest days of the year while replacing and relocating roughly two dozen sprinkler heads. Scott and Rene came back on Day 2 to complete the remaining tasks as well. Each of them was also very informative at the very beginning when coming out to do the estimates. It has seemed increasingly more difficult over the recent years to find someone to perform a needed service/project, and I was glad that Conserva Irrigation stepped up to the plate and knocked it out of the park."

"The project went very well.  Storm damage caused by two trees coming down on two sides of the fence was repaired in 2-3 hours.  The workers reviewed all needed work from the estimate prior to beginning the work.  They even volunteered to replace a top rail from another section of the fence, not included in the estimate, that had been bent in a storm many years before.   The workers were very thorough, did not damage any plants or grass around the damaged areas and cleaned up after themselves.  The workers were knowledgeable and polite.   They made sure everything was nice and straight!  Everything looked very nice when they were finished.  The workers were approximately an hour late from the start time I had been given.  I called and was told they had gotten a late start.  Their good work made up for the lateness.

"I asked sprinkler repair during memorial weekend afternoon(it’s busy season of the year as you know). Jonathan came and got the job done in a couple hours! It’s pretty impressive service quality and speed. The experience with Landscaping & Curbing is 10 out of 10 all around. I definitely refer him to my neighbor."
