Friendly, honest and professional, they gave us a great price quote for replacing the metal roof on our shed, repairing the rotted roof decking and fascia, re-flashing the skylights and covering the soffits and fascia. From the quoting process to the project execution we had a great experience with them and we developed as good and friendly relationship with both the field and the office teams. Just to name a few, Gina in the office, and Seth and Josh, who prepared and supervised the project, are just awesome people to work with. There was a small misunderstanding on the job details between the quote and the actual work at some point, which may have also happened because we had the winter in between, but no problem whatsoever in the end; the project supervisor offered to own the mistake and accommodated the situation, so we couldn't be happier. "I initially contacted Look Roofing because I saw a stain on my kitchen ceiling and believed that I had a small leak.  Mr. Rhodes came out and looked at the roof and told me that I had a hole in my roof and several shingles missing.  He advised me to contact my insurance as it looked like wind damage.  I followed his advice and had an insurance adjuster come out the following week.  The insurance adjuster confirmed everything Mr. Rhodes said about the condition of my roof.  He also pulled a weather report that showed a storm had occurred a few months ago that had winds strong enough to do the damage they saw.  He agreed that full roof replacement was necessary and about a week and a half later I received the check from the insurance company. <br /> <br /> I contacted Mr. Rhodes and told him I wanted to go ahead with the installation of the new roof.  He came out to show me samples and confirm the estimate for the entire roof, including an upgrade to the 30 year roof for no additional charge.  I picked out my shingles and the work began about 2 days later.  The total number of man hours was only about 3 days to install the roof, but they had to stop in the middle because of heavy rains.  The first day of sunshine though, his crew was back and finished the job.  They were very timely and professional and the job came in at the exact estimate I was quoted.   <br /> <br /> I have a beautiful brand new roof and insurance paid for all of it!  Thank you Look Roofing!"
