"I received several estimates for my screen enclosure project in July 2013, and Affordable Screening (AS) was by far the lowest estimate.  On July 26, 2013, a contract was signed with AS but I delayed the start of the project until August 27 in order to get the project approved by my homeowners association.  B, between July 26 and August 27, I laid out the perimeter of the project with string and stakes, removed lawn grass inside the perimeter, and moved irrigation heads and pipes.  AS began the footer on August 27 and completed the footer on September 11.  The screen enclosure was “completed” September 16, a city inspection was conducted in October and was not approved for minor screw issues, and AS fixed the screw issues on November 21.  AS has yet to request a final city inspection of the project.   If time and responsive interaction are not an issue for your project, I would recommend AS.  They did quality work and the quoted price was very reasonable because being a small business, the owner did most of the work himself.  For example, rather than hiring a concrete truck to pipe concrete for the footer,  he used a motorized hand-held mixer to mix 30 bags of concrete and hand shoveled the concrete in the footer frame.  He also fabricated the many angles in the aluminum structure on-site."

Sassan made excellent recommendations, with regard to the proper size roof vent for my dryer ( which was to small on the existing roof ) to the solar powered attic vent. All materials used were high quality., including the replacement of the gutters. The crew arrived on time, and did an very good job cleaning up during the project, including picking up any stray nails. Overall we are very pleased with the services and finished job. I would highly recommend ROC Construction to anyone needing a roof replacement, or other construction services."
