"The roof looks pretty good. It took a couple of months to get the supplies - which is understandable in these times. I had stressed with the representative that my gutters were new, and "Charles" assured me that the workers would loosen them from the house and then re-attach them carefully. What they did was to nail the gutters back onto the house by using a nail gun and placing nails every 4" or so with no care as to whether or not the gutters were properly angled to run water into the downspouts! I got the gutters because I thought I could wait a couple of years before needing a roof replacement- but then I got a leak and had to hire a roofer. I chose one from Angi because they are great. They research their contractors and stand behind their work. So, unfortunately, I now have oil on my driveway where the the workers parked their leaky truck ("Charles said he would look into finding something that might clean that up.... but I never heard another word about it) and also a damaged ceiling in my outdoor utility from the pounding as they removed old shingles, so I have to repair those..... And, of course, I have to pay to have new gutters installed because the old /new ones were damaged so badly that they cannot be repaired. I contacted the G & G Roofing office and left my concerns with female who answered the phone, but did not receive a call back -Three times. I texted "Charles", but my text was not acknowledged. I could have overlooked the oil and the ceiling repair but the gutters are very expensive and were discussed on day one. How very frustrating!!"

"Edgar and his crew were Terrific! They completed new asphalt shingle roofs on three separate dwellings for me. They were prompt, professional, and courteous. I will be hiring them again to do two more roofs in 2025."

"Todd Thompson came to my house just one day after calling his office. He spent over 1 hour with me listening to my concerns and carefully examining my house. Within a couple of days he had a full crew of men working on my house. The price quoted me was extremely fair and the quality of work was among the best I have ever seen. I would use Thompson's again with out any hesitation and I highly recommend his company to do not only roofing work, but any home remodeling project. Thank you Todd Thompson and that you Mservicemagic!!"

"I recently worked with Elite Affordable Roofing, and they exceeded all expectations. From the initial consultation, Bryan was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. His estimate was detailed and clear, with no hidden surprises. He made sure to explain the different roofing options available, helping me make an informed decision. Not only did he offer a better price than other companies I had spoken to, but the quality of work was outstanding. After the roof was finished, Bryan even took care of arranging the gutter replacement, making the whole process seamless. I highly recommend Elite Affordable Roofing for their outstanding service and competitive pricing."

"Jean showed up, gave us a quote, and we hired him. He showed up and in 4 days, he cleaned out the whole bathroom, except tub. The closet was full of mold due to water heater "dying" and we weren't home (snowbirds), floors were no good. He rebuilt the closet, and floors that were rotted, then replaced everything, water heater, toilet, vanity, and did tiles on the floor. WILL DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN, in fact, we have asked him for a quote on another job!"

"I have been using Sham Shield for various power washing needs for several years always with good results. Sham Shield has cleaned my roof, swimming pool enclosure and RV roof and removed leaves from the roof in between cleanings. Zac's pricing is fair, he knows how to use a light touch when necessary, he does a good job and he is very reliable. Zac truly takes pride in his work and that's not easy to find these days."

"We had our tile roof replaced by SolarShield in June 2019. The SolarShield crew was excellent. Showed up on time and cleaned up the work area every night before leaving for the day. Work was estimated to take 5 days, but they finished in 4 days. They do a quality, professional job. We expect no problems with this new roof for years and years to come."
