"I have use Family Cleaning Service every two weeks for the last few years and they are wonderful. Great attention to detail, on time, fair pricing and always good about following any instructions about what needs to be cleaned in my home and my preferences. They don't mind/are very nice to my 3 small dogs. And whenever I've had them do extra projects like clean out the fridge, they've always done an excellent job. And as a bonus, my husband loves that they do with the cute little bows and flowers with the toilet paper and the tissue. Very trustworthy and I highly recommend them."

"This is a deep cleaning according to Lisa I paid Lisa $300 for a deep cleaning service that was never properly completed. From the beginning, I clearly stated that I needed a deep cleaning, but instead of focusing on the job, she began asking irrelevant and inappropriate questions about my personal life?such as whether I run an Airbnb and why I have cameras in my home. That is not her business, and I should not have to justify what I do in my own house. The situation became even more uncomfortable when I had family members present and felt pressured to explain myself. On top of that, she made inappropriate threats, saying I could be arrested, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. When I expressed dissatisfaction and considered hiring another cleaning crew to finish the job correctly, she became defensive rather than taking responsibility. She often uses excuses like ?my husband is sick? or ?I?m at the hospital,? which appears to be a pattern to avoid accountability. Zero star"

"After reading reviews related to EC Maintenance and Cleaning Services, I contacted Carmen to request a deep clean of our rental home. She and her staff did an amazing job! It was so nice of her to work around our movers schedule and to show up promptly. Carmen pays attention to detail and we have requested her services on a bi-weekly basis! "Overall, I was satisfied with the results, and I contacted and booked them to come back and do some additional cleaning in the Sanctuary. I contacted Speedy Solutions, after you gave me the info. I booked them to come out on Wednesday, 2026Mar25. They sent me an agreement for $150 for 2 hours minimum. And said the oven should take about 2 hours or the technician would decide if it would take longer before they start. They sent me an authorization form, for my permission to allow them to charge, $154.50 in advance, to my credit card that they had on file. However: they did not show up on Wednesday, as I waited for them. So after 30 minutes, I called and they said the technician had some issues and maybe we can schedule for tomorrow, 2026Mar26. Thursday morning, the technican arrived 30 min early and after I arrived at we enter the Church about 11:45am, we walked around in the kitchen and took pictures. I asked her do you see anything else that needs clean, and she said, its pretty clean. I then left the Kitchen and when to practise in the Santuary. Then I received a call from another technician who said they were outside. And I told them that another technician is already here, but I will come out side to meet her. When we entered the kitchen, the other first technician was not there and had gone to buy additional supplies. When she arrived, they called the office to explain the double booking of tech's. The tech's were told that they could divide and concur and finish quicker. I asked is it going to cost me more money and they both said it shouldn't. At 1:50 pm, I returned to the Kitchen, where I saw the first tech sweeping the floor and the second tech texting on her phone. The oven cleaned and I was very pleased. They did a nice job. And I thanked them. They sent me a final receipt. I then called them to book them to do some additional work for us in the Sanctuary. A couple of days later, I checked my Credit card statement, and noticed and additional $328.57 charged to me from Speedyclean at 2:30am on 2026Mar26. The next day I called Speedyclean and inquired about the additional charges. They told me that there were 2 techs on the job and it took 2 hours. I told them that I asked on site, would it cost more money and they said no. I also asked, why didn't they notifiy me and send another agreement about the new charges, they said they discussed it with the management and will give me and hour credit on my next job. After I reviewed my credit card statment again, I saw that they have taken the original $154.50 plus another $328.57 = $483.07 or ($483/$75) = 6.44 hrs. If they couldn't finish the job in 2 hrs, why didn't they call, text or email me in advance or in progress. They arrived an 12:45 pm and left at 2:00 pm which is 2 hr and 15 min., not 6.44 hour. If they were trying to do the right thing, they could have at least , returned the $154.50 dollars. I was all set to give these guys 5 stars. I never liked paying for a job before it done. But I blindly trusted these guys. Please make this right for my Church."
