I think the cost is fair for what they do. That's a little hard to answer because they give me a time frame when they expect to be there, but we are one of the last ones they clean during the day, so sometimes if they run into extra work at some place, then they may be a little late. They cleaned and sanitized my air handler after discovering dirt and some mold on the condensers and blower. Then they sanitized the whole vent system.
